Pay or challenge a parking fine from Dorset Council

PCN Details


You can use this site to pay or challenge your fine or look up details of why you were given a Penalty Charge Notice (sometimes known as a "PCN" or "parking ticket").

You will need the vehicle registration number and the full PCN number from your ticket. If we issued the fine, it would begin with letters "DV" followed by 8 digits, for example "DV12345678". You can find this at the top of your ticket.

If you do not have the parking fine (Ticket, Penalty Charge Notice, PCN) number

If you do not have your PCN number, you can use our form to send details to us. We will send you the number within 5 working days.
You will need to include the:
  • vehicle’s registration number
  • where the vehicle was when the fine was issued
  • date the fine was issued
